Can you share with us the result of "team investigation" ???

tm antivirus behaving very good lately
Did some tweekings to TM and somehow improved functionality.
If interested , vote this.
At 5 votes up I will spend time to post all the "manual adjustments" I did in registry and elsewhere ...

tm conflicting messages
Hello,
If I download a malicious item in .rar , I get
"No threads found in..."
only to see , behind my browser page, another message
"all threads removed"
So, it seem like left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing......

My PC boots very fast (7-8 sec)
If I start browsing BEFORE Trend Micro icon appearing on taskbar, I get this warning (Please restart your browser)
If I wait for TM to appear in task bat and only after I start browsing, I got nothing.
Not a big inconvenience, but something to work about in next versions.

disastrous result again for tm on av comparatives
For the third time in a row TM scores badly (last) in AV Comparatives:
Sep2023....................97.95% (Free Windows Defender .....99.95%)
Mar2023....................97.19% (Free Windows Defender .....99.98%)
Sep2022.....................97.41% (Free Windows Defender .....99.99%)
Is anybody from Trend Micro corporate curious why is that????

If I click on "Check for Program Updates" TM is doing something and after that displays "Last update check 10/22/2023 4:59PM"
What's the point of such a message? I triggered the update and certainly I now what is the date and time when I clicked on the option.

antivirus cannot open "security report"
If I click on "security report" nothing happens.....
