Trend Micro leverages on the Web Threat Protection result to identify the URL/Website risk by sending it to the Web Reputation Service backend and take action based on the returned score of the URL.
"Dangerous Page" means Trend Micro detected and blocked a dangerous webpage in a website that you are trying to visit. While "49", by default, is the returned score for dangerous webpages.
Lower score means higher risk; score < 50 is malicious and score > 80 is safe.

Exiting Trend Micro from the system tray: You don't need the main console password for this. It's designed this way to make it easier for people who use the program a lot. You can quickly access it without having to type in the password every time, which makes things faster and more convenient.

Disabling Trend Micro protection for Windows: This does require a password. It's an extra layer of security to stop anyone unauthorized from messing with the program's settings. This helps keep your cybersecurity protection strong and reliable.
Moreover, if you've already set up a main console password to stop unauthorized changes, you'll need to enter that password when you're exiting from the system tray.

Let us know if the same issue will recur after you clean reinstall your Trend Micro Security. Here's how:
- Uninstall Trend Micro Security using Diagnostic Toolkit.
- Once uninstalled, delete temporary files in your Windows PC.
- Delete Trend Micro files from the following locations:
- C:\ProgramData\Trend Micro
- C:\Program Files\Trend Micro
- C:\Program Files (x86) \Trend Micro
- C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local
- C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local Low
- C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming
- Also, delete Registry items Trend Micro created:
BEFORE YOU PROCEED: Make sure to back up the registry before deleting these items.
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Trend Micro
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Trend Micro
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Trend Micro
- Restart your computer then reinstall Trend Micro Security by following the steps here.
