Could you please check within your trend micro account if the security reports are enabled for the devices that do not receive monthly security reports? To do that you can follow the steps indicated on this link: https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/article/tmka-10567.

If you want to disable the Trend Micro Antivirus , you can use our Trend Micro Diagnostic toolkit to stop all the components and disable the app. You can refer to this link and look for the steps on how to do it: How to Temporarily Disable Trend Micro Protection on Windows | Trend Micro Help Center

trend micro antivirus does not update automatically

Kindly try to check if your Wi-Fi connection is set as metered connection, if yes kindly turn it off.To turn off metered connection
- Wi-Fi: In Settings, select Network & internet > Wi-Fi > the Wi-Fi network you’re connected to, then turn off Metered connection.
- Ethernet: In Settings, select Network & internet > Ethernet > the network you’re connected to, then turn off Metered connection
- Cellular: In Settings, select Network & internet> Cellular, then turn off Metered connection.

You can also try the steps below :
Check for host file unwanted lines (C: Drive>System32 folder>Host file)
Check under Browser properties in Target for any unwanted lines
Create new profile and reset settings, clear cache , cookies and browsing history

reported "update time" is 1 h ahead
Hi @claudiubotezatu ,
May I know if the Date and time is set as automatic? Or you manually adjusted it while performing Trend Micro Security update? I tried and was able to replicate the said issue on our end, by Opening the Trend Micro Antivirus and trying to do a manual update, after that I manually changed the time of my PC and initiated manual update again , which then showed the same time prior manually changing my device time. If that will be the case, you can try close the Trend Micro Antivirus app first and reopen it again and then perform the manual update and it should adjust the time same as with your PC.
