Hello,

No matter what detection I have under the Web shield , always is rated  "Dangerous page (49)"

Where can we learn about the ratings and what "49" means?

What about the rest from 1 to 48????

Hi @claudiubotezatu ,

Trend Micro leverages on the Web Threat Protection result to identify the URL/Website risk by sending it to the Web Reputation Service backend and take action based on the returned score of the URL.

"Dangerous Page" means Trend Micro detected and blocked a dangerous webpage in a website that you are trying to visit. While "49", by default, is the returned score for dangerous webpages.

Lower score means higher risk; score < 50 is malicious and score > 80 is safe.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Is there any official documents to read about this???

What about scores between 50 and 80 ???  Malicious or safe???

IF TM uses this "scoring" system, this should be explained somewhere....

Hi @claudiubotezatu ,

Website ratings vary based on safety. Ratings of 81-100 are safe. Unrated sites (71) aren't tested, so caution is needed. Suspicious sites (66-80) may be linked to spam or compromises. Highly suspicious sites (51-65) might be phishing or contain malware. The most dangerous are rated 0-50, confirmed for Spyware or Virus, posing serious risks.
