    やはりアンイストール⇒再インストールなんですね。
    ウイルスバスタークラウドのメイン画面自体が開かないので、
    その場合のリンク先を読んでもそのようですね。
    でお聞きしたいのですが、再インストールの場合のリンク先が2台目・3台目を参照となっているのですが、同じPCに再インストールでも2台目～となるのでしょうか？
