If there is a compatibility issue between Firefox and the TrendMicro toolbar, you can try disabling or removing the toolbar from your browser's settings. Here are the steps to do it:

1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
2. Click on the three-line menu icon at the top-right corner.
3. Go to Add-ons.
4. Find Trend Micro Toolbar in the list of extensions.
5. Click on Disable or Remove to uninstall it.

Trend Micro Password Manager is operational.

Here's how to activate it on your Windows PC:

1. Open Password Manager.
2. Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
3. Click "Next."
4. Select "Open Password Manager" to access the app.
5. Follow on-screen instructions.
6. Enter your Vault Password when prompted.

Trend Micro Consumer Product don't have any feature that can protect the network drives.
