Really sucks Trend has set their level for the device to install their maximum security on that has previously been working on that device now I can't install it on my device so to use the paid subscriction that still has several months on I can't use it without spending another $1000 to upgrade my device to use the remaining few months of my subscription that cost me hundreds to buy. So they basically are saying you're going to have to upgrade tour device to be able to use their program. I had a fauilure because of the update problem & did a reinstall to get my device working again & it's working but I can't install trend again to use 3 months of my subscription. Basically I paid fot 6 devices to use their maximum security but I can't use it because they only want people with new devices to use their program. Really shits me because I have been paying for their security system for over 20 years believing it was the best but now I'm not good enough because of an update failure.
