I would like to know if my purchased annual av is running, it keeps wanting ne to upgrade, but I thought annual was ultimate

After reviewing your subscription, it appears that it was renewed and activated on April 22, 2024. To verify this, please access the Mobile Security app dashboard. Tap on the three dots located in the upper-right corner, then select "Settings." Here, you should see confirmation of its activation, or the expiration date displayed. If this information is not visible, kindly provide us with a screenshot for further assistance.
